Bejeweled Extensions takes fraud prevention seriously and maintains strict policies to protect both our brand and our clients. All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized.
By completing a purchase with Bejeweled Extensions, the customer agrees to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders placed using false information, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized accounts will be immediately canceled and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks should be considered a last resort and initiated only after all reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly with Bejeweled Extensions have been made. We encourage customers to contact us first so we may address concerns promptly and professionally.
Filing a chargeback under any of the following circumstances may be considered fraudulent:
Claiming an order was unauthorized after it has been confirmed, shipped, or delivered
Claiming non-receipt when tracking confirms delivery
Attempting to bypass stated policies regarding refunds, exchanges, or processing times
Refusing to provide requested documentation for order verification
Bejeweled Extensions maintains detailed records including order confirmations, delivery confirmations, tracking data, IP address information, and communication logs. This information will be submitted to the financial institution to dispute invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
Legal Action
Bejeweled Extensions reserves the right to pursue small claims court action to recover losses for any individual who attempts to obtain merchandise fraudulently, reports a chargeback after confirmed receipt of an order, or otherwise engages in chargeback abuse or theft of goods.
Account Restrictions
Customers who engage in fraudulent activity or file improper chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases. Any pending orders associated with such activity may be canceled without notice.
